1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Elpis (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Elpis is a health management application designed to help users track and manage alcohol and tobacco consumption. The App provides tools for logging, statistics, community features, and health recovery visualization.
Important: Elpis is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the App
- One person may not maintain more than one account
4. Subscription & Payments
- Free features are available without subscription
- Premium and Family plans are billed monthly through your app store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
- Refunds are handled per the respective app store's refund policy
5. Community Guidelines
When using community features, you agree to:
- Treat all members with respect and empathy
- Not share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Not promote any substances or addictive behaviors
- Respect the privacy and anonymity of other users
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Elpis and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Elpis is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any health outcomes, data loss, or damages arising from the use of the App. The App is a self-help tool and is not a substitute for professional medical treatment.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
